ATLANTA – Nuesoft Technologies Inc. today announced its 15-year Anniversary Scholarship Program to grant $150,000 of its Nuesoft Xpress™ software to help college health and counseling centers automate their operations.
Nuesoft will award 10 grants of $15,000 through a competitive process. Recipients will be able to apply their grant toward a Nuesoft Xpress practice management system or electronic medical record (EMR).
“We wanted to celebrate our achievements while recognizing the important part that college health and counseling centers have played in our success,” said Nuesoft Technologies President and CEO Massoud Alibakhsh. “We’re extremely excited about the scholarship program because it cements our position as both a resource and a business solution to the college health community.”
Because university budget cycles vary, Nuesoft will award two rounds of scholarships to attract the maximum number of participants to the application process. Five grants will be given out in spring of 2008, and five in the fall. All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee comprised of college health professionals.
The deadline for the first round of applications is March 3, 2008. Spring winners will be announced on April 3.
