Support FAQs

What do I need to do to make sure I’m ready for ICD-10?

Click here to download the NueMD client checklist and FAQs.    Click here to view general ICD-10 transition information. And click here to view our ICD-10 readiness plan.

What are the minimum system requirements?

NueMD is platform-independant and will run on almost any modern computer, regardless of operating system.  For a detailed list of system requirements, click here

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you get an Invalid User Code/Password error, check to make sure your Account Code, Username, and Password are entered correctly, then try to login again.

If you get the message again, simply click "Forgot your password?" to reset it. Make sure your Account Code, Username, and email are entered correctly, then click Submit.

A temporary password will be emailed to you. Log in with your temporary password, and NueMD will prompt you to change it.

How do I enroll a new provider?

First, make sure the new provider is credentialed with the payer.

If you’re a new account, follow the eClaims Enrollment steps in your Go!Flow.

If you’re an established account, please call Support. A representative will get the new provider’s details, and an EDI agent will call you to complete the process.

Training FAQs

What’s the difference between a billing provider and a rendering provider?

Billing providers are credentialed with payers to bill under their own name. Rendering providers are not credentialed, instead they bill under a billing provider’s name.

What should I do if I'm unable to contact my trainer?

You may call the Training department at 800.401.7422 ext 3, or send an email to training@nuesoft.com.
