This guy that was seventy-five was a patient and he said “look at that, you are wearing a bracelet” and I said, "yeah!". He pulled up his pants and said, “I just got this tattoo”. We were comparing our modernness.
I remember when we first got it, your company was small and I remember how refreshing it was to have people come in and help us with the installation, education part. We have had no issues for years, and years and years. And I think she calls support system once a year or twice a year. It ends up being our problem, more than Nuesoft. It’s been very good, is my point.
Generally speaking I’m not around the office nor do I take the appointment book home- the old timey appointment book. So I can get on the internet wherever I am, I can be in Europe, and see what is coming up the next day because Elayne keeps things very up to date. So it is very helpful in that regard.

Elayne can put in a change in the schedule and immediately come back and put a hard copy of the schedule right in front of me. So when that is done three or four times a day, I am constantly aware of what’s changed. That’s been, from my view point, the most functionally helpful thing while I am here working. She has just a black and white printer- you have nice colors.
